- Providing a full service, not only referencing and providing great tenants, but also taking full management of the property from collecting rents, to dealing with maintenance issues.
- Transfer of all utility accounts, Electric, Gas, Council Tax and Water.
- Carrying out Check-in inspections and check out inspections at end of tenancy.
- Organising return of deposit subject to the property being returned in a satisfactory condition.
- Arranging for any maintenance issues to be addressed accordingly with high importance.
- Dealing with day to day tenant problems that may arise such as a water leaks, rental arrears, pest control.
