- Advertising & Marketing your property on our website, UK’s leading property portals, and will speak with our tenants to get the best rental income with as much interest as possible.
- We accompany all viewings wherever possible until your property has securely been let.
- We carry out extensive referencing of tenants who wish to rent your property.
- We prepare all documentation needed, which includes providing tenants with all the relevant certificates for the property (Gas certificate, Electrical certificate, Energy performance certificate).
- We prepare contracts between the landlord and tenant and arrange for an inventory report of the property. Once all confirmed, a Check-In service is provided for handover of keys and to ensure contracts and relevant documentation are all in place.
