No management fees
When we take on your property, we provide a full property management service at no additional cost. We deal directly with the tenants, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you, with no management fees charged.
1 to 5-year lease
We offer fixed-term leases ranging from one to five years, providing long-term security and peace of mind. Throughout the lease period, we take full responsibility for managing your property while guaranteeing a fixed monthly rental payment.
Fixed guaranteed rent term of lease
Under our Guaranteed Rent Scheme, you are assured of receiving your rent for the entire term of the lease. You will not need to worry about rent arrears, void periods, or tenant payment issues — your rent is paid every month without exception.

Guaranteed vacant possession
